Year 1 Team
Miss Dearling teaches Rabbit Class for most of the week and is supported by Miss Green and Mrs Thompson. On Thursday afternoons Miss Peden will teach Rabbit Class.
Miss Hayden teaches Squirrels Class for most of the week and is supported by Miss Green and Mrs Fox-Potter. Mrs Martin will teach Squirrel Class on Tuesday mornings.
PE
Year 1 children will need to bring their PE Kits in on the first day of term. They will get changed for PE in school and have two lessons per week.
Squirrel class have their lessons on Mondays and Fridays.
Rabbit Class have their lessons on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Year 1 children need to bring their book bags every day and will be given one Little Wandle book per week that will come home in the book bag and a second Little Wandle book that will be an e-book. They will also choose a sharing book daily (this is a book that can be read to them). Bringing in their book bag every day teaches them to be responsible and look after their things.
